Instructions To Order

1. Send us an email with the details (Customer Name, Mailing Address, Contact No., Product & Quantity) and we will get back to you regarding your order.

2. Make payment within 2 days to our PayPal, POSB/DBS savings account only. Cash on delivery, meet-ups payment, and concealed cash payment methods are strictly not available. ONLY upon receipt of payment, order will then be processed.

3. Packages will be dispatched (via local/registered mail/courier as determined & paid by buyer) the next working day after payment is acknowledged by us (an email will be sent to you when payment is received).

Pre-Order Policy

All items are unique and limited. Upon receiving your order, we will advice the stock availability & payment details.

For items that are out of stock, we accept pre-order but subjected to availability from the supplier. We will accumulate all orders to a dedicated date. Customers are required to make full payment on the item you had ordered & we will inform the customers when the items ordered had arrived. The waiting time is approv. 2 weeks & we will send you the item according to your preferred delivery option.
